PAYMENTS
Deposit: $20 per person and is nonrefundable
Final Payment Date: Please refer to your invoice.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made on or before April 25, 2025:
Room reservation payments (not including deposit) are fully refundable. Travel Insurance is instant purchase and non-refundable no matter when the reservation is canceled.
Cancellations made on April 26, 2025 or later:
Without Travel Insurance: All resort payments are non-refundable. With Travel Insurance: please see your policy for coverage details.
All cancellations must be received in writing.
Other components such as transportation, excursions, and activities are subject to the supplier's terms and conditions and may not be refundable. Any additional components added to the reservation will be reviewed at the time of cancellation and you will be advised if they are refundable.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
We highly recommend travel insurance for all travelers and it can be added on to your room reservation (and airfare if needed) within 5 days of your deposit. If you would like travel insurance, please select “yes” for travel protection in the reservation form below and we will provide a quote.
Insurance with CFAR (Cancel For Any Reason) provides in-travel protection as well as cancellation protection. With CFAR travel insurance, cancellations will receive a refund of 75% of the trip cost (if canceling for ANY reason at least 48 hours prior to departure day) and a refund of 100% of the trip cost (if canceling for a COVERED reason). The cost of travel insurance is nonrefundable.
Travel insurance must be paid at time of deposit and is non-refundable.

AIRFARE
Please DO NOT book your airfare until your travel advisor has emailed you your room confirmation. All flights should arrive and depart from Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ Airport).
PASSPORTS
Passports are required to travel internationally. Please locate your passport and check the expiration date - make sure it is valid for 6 months AFTER your anticipated return date.
TRANSPORTATION
For transportation to and from the airport, we recommend booking through Amstar.
