VACATION PLANNING FEE
Some trips do require a planning fee for our services. We dedicate hours of our time ensuring our client’s trips are expertly planned, monitored, and that our clients have all they need before embarking on their incredible journey. With the ever-changing protocols, fees are required for us to manage trips and account for our time. We will be by your side from start to finish, ensuring you have everything you need for your trip to run smoothly.
If your travel advisor has notified you that your trip will have a planning fee, please use the appropriate link below. Should you pay the fee and decide not to travel at this time, the non-refundable amount will remain on file for 90 days.
TRAVEL CHANGE FEE
Some trips do have a travel change fee. Your advisor will notify you if you are required to pay this additional fee. Simply click below to pay your fee and your trip changes will be made.
PLAN TO GO DEPOSITS
For all new clients, a deposit is required to start the planning process for your upcoming vacation. This deposit is 100% is applied toward the cost of your vacation, is nonrefundable, and is valid for one year from the date of payment.
This deposit covers the time spent to research destination options and create a customized itinerary for you. When you work with Shoreline Destinations, our expert travel advisors pride themselves on providing only the best service.
Vacation planning involves much time. Our work is based on years of personal experience and professional expertise. We research cruises, hotels and tours to meet your specific needs, contact suppliers, coordinate transportation, and draft itineraries. Your final itinerary and documents will give you as smooth a vacation as is possible. All vacations arranged through Shoreline Destinations offer peace of mind, as we are experienced professionals in the business of planning individual travel for sophisticated travelers who demand the most professional individual attention to detail and execution of a well-planned vacation.
In paying your Plan to Go Deposit, you agree with the above terms and conditions with Shoreline Destinations to research your vacation plans. If you decide not to continue with the vacation or book it with another agency, Shoreline Destinations will be entitled to retain the Plan to Go Deposit as remuneration for efforts made on my behalf.
