Zadun is a Ritz-Carlton Reserve Resort
Ritz-Carlton Reserves are exotic sanctuaries tucked away in the most exquisite corners of the world. These remote locations were handpicked for their lush, unspoiled landscapes and offer deeply personal experiences guided by true human connection.

Currently, there are five Ritz-Carlton Reserve locations:

  • Zadun is a 115-room Ritz-Carlton Reserve property in Los Cabos, Mexico

  • Dorado Beach is a 115-room Ritz-Carlton Reserve property in Dorado, Puerto Rico

  • Higashiyama is a 50-room room Ritz-Carlton Reserve property in Niseko, Japan

  • Mandapa is a 60-room Ritz-Carlton Reserve property in Bali, Indonesia

  • Phulay Bay is a 54-room Ritz-Carlton Reserve property in Krabi, Thailand

There are 115-rooms, each with a living room area and local artistic inspirations throughout. There are floor to ceiling windows that give you a view of the resort’s private beach and the ocean below. DINING

There are three delicious, outdoor restaurants onsite—Equis, Humo, and El Barrio. All of them have ocean views and amazingly curated menus. Each restaurant offers something a little bit different. El Barrio is styled as a Mexican market that leads to the main pool. Equis is in the adults-only pool area and has a raw bar and ceviche. Humo is a perfect evening spot, serving seafood and steaks from the grill.

ACTIVITIES

When you go, be sure to visit Spa Alkemia. This was designed with nature at the forefront. You will be able to enjoy a lounge space, men’s and women’s pools, and spa services while being secluded by trees and flowers. The spa treatments pull from Mexican rituals, offering guests one-of-a-kind opportunities.

There is a private beach that guests can use. It is noted for being secluded and quiet. Besides being able to rent coolers and beach chairs for the day, staff will also bring out coolers for guests enjoying the natural beauty of the resort’s property.

ANDREA’S TAKEAWAYS

  • A golfer's haven:  With a spectacular course on property and far away from the bustle of Cabo, Zadun is perfect for hitting the links and then relaxing.

  • Adults-only Infinity pool:  Cool off in the gorgeous infinity pool while looking out to the Sea of Cortez.

  • The Spa: It is literally like an oasis in the desert (and definitely the theme behind the design).  You are transported to a lush tropical paradise in stark contrast to the desert surroundings.  It's magnificent and totally unexpected!

  • 2 bedroom suite: It is the perfect room category for families looking for total privacy.  Between a large plunge pool and private beach area, you don't even need to leave your suite.
