Your choice of room influences your proximity to the resort's exceptional amenities, the breathtaking views you'll enjoy, and the services available to you. #2 - CHECK-IN BEFORE YOU ARRIVE
Check-in prior to departure by going to: Sandals Check-In Online. You will need to enter the Sandals booking number, your flight information for transportation, and a credit card to have on file during your stay.
#3 - TELL YOUR BUTLER YOUR PREFERENCES
If your room includes Butler service (this will be listed in the name of your room), please let your butler know your preferences here: Submit Butler Preferences.
#4 - BOOK AN EXCURSION IN ADVANCE

Download the Sandals & Beaches App for Resort info, activities schedule, restaurant info, etc.
Communicate directly with the resort using Guest Information and Assistance (GINA), a new communication platform via WhatsApp, allowing guests to easily reach the resort team for support and quick responses throughout the day. To connect with GINA, simply follow these steps:

Upon arrival at the resort, you can scan the QR code found in your room, public areas, and on digital screens to be automatically connected for anything they may need.
