From maximizing your time with the resort's incredible amenities and activities to discovering hidden gems, we'll guide you toward the ultimate vacation. #1 - BOOK THE RIGHT ROOM
While you won't spend your days indoors, your room's location at Beaches Turks & Caicos does matter. The room you choose impacts proximity to amenities, the view, and available services. Higher floors often boast stunning views or a unique location—imagine waking to the sound of the ocean and stepping directly onto the beach!
For the ultimate indulgence, consider a Butler Level room. Your personal butler will cater to your every need, creating a truly luxurious and carefree experience. We recommend staying in one of the rooms in Key West Village or Italian Village or the brand-new Treasure Beach!
#2 - CHECK-IN BEFORE YOU ARRIVE
Check-in online by going to: Beaches Check-in. You will need to enter the Beaches booking number, your flight information for transportation, and a credit card to have on file during your stay.
#3 - TELL YOUR BUTLER YOUR PREFERENCES
If your room includes Butler service (this will be listed in the name of your room), please let your butler know your preferences here: Butler Service Preferences.
#4 - BOOK FAST TRACK TCI
Providenciales airport (PLS) offers VIP arrival and departure services that will expedite your process through Immigration and Customs. This service allows you to skip to the front of the line! This VIP service must be booked prior to your departure. The amount of time you will save depends on the amount of flights arriving and departing and cannot be predicted. #5 - BOOK AN EXCURSION IN ADVANCE
Always book excursions through the resort or a reputable company. Do NOT book excursions or water spots through locals. Island Routes Tours For those interested in excursions, Beaches Turks & Caicos offers tours through Island Routes. You can book prior to arrival or at the Island Routes desk at the resort. Note - the most popular excursions can sell out. If there is an excursion you are interested in, we do recommend booking prior to arrival.
#6 - BOOK THE SPA IN ADVANCE
The Red Lane Spa at Beaches Turks & Caicos offers a tranquil escape with treatments designed for ultimate relaxation and rejuvenation, and it is highly recommended to book your spa appointments ahead of time. Booking early ensures you secure your preferred treatment and time slot.
#7 - DOWNLOAD THE APP & COMMUNICATE VIA GINA
Download the Sandals & Beaches App for Resort info, activities schedule, restaurant info, etc.
Communicate directly with the resort using Guest Information and Assistance (GINA), a new communication platform via WhatsApp, allowing guests to easily reach the resort team for support and quick responses throughout the day. To connect with GINA, simply follow these steps:

Upon arrival at the resort, you can scan the QR code found in your room, public areas, and on digital screens to be automatically connected for anything they may need.
Guests can also find the link for GINA directly on the Sandals App.
#8 - COMMUNICATE DIETARY RESTRICTIONS
If you have dietary restrictions or allergies, meet with the Culinary Concierge on arrival and they can share menus, let you know what options are available, and preorder meals for you if needed.
#9 - EXPERIENCE THE FUN WITH ACTIVITIES
The activities are included, so why not take part in all of them! Below are some of the activities at Beaches Turks & Caicos that you don’t want to miss.
Certified Divers - Beaches Turks & Caicos really include everything, even scuba diving! If you are certified, you can dive EVERY day at the resort (except the day you leave)!
First Time Divers - Beaches Turks & Caicos has their own 3 hour program that will qualify you to dive in the water during your stay. Also make sure to complete the 8 hour classroom portion before you arrive!
Kids Scuba Program - If your kids are interested in Scuba, there’s a variety of programs that can teach them about scuba diving and get them started on exploring underwater.
Water Sports - Kayaks, Windsurfing, Waterskiing, Snorkeling, Hobie Cats, Paddle Boarding
Pirates Island Waterpark - Try out the water slides (for all ages), lazy river, splash deck, and a kids swim-up bar!

#10 - ENJOY THE KIDS CAMP
A one-time registration is required for Kids Camps at every age. All of the staff at the Kids Camps are members of the International Nanny Association and must meet the minimum requirement of 2,000 hours of working in childcare. Enjoy a date night and let your kids have a blast with activities galore!
Infant Program (Ages 0-2) - Your little ones can enjoy cribs, high chairs, and rocking chairs and the comfort of the climate controlled nursery. All staff are trained in safety and child development.
Toddler Program (Ages 3-4) - Plenty of opportunities to play with new friends, the Toddler Program has toddler pools, shell collecting, face paint, treasure hunts, puppets, costumes, magic shows, and sand castle building! Toddlers have to be potty trained for this age group.
Navigators Program (Ages 5-7) - Kids in this program can experience Beach Science, Beach Olympics, Kids Talent Show, treasure hunts, arts and crafts, and many other creative activities!
Adventurers Program (Ages 8-10) - This program is great for adventurers who want to partake in scavenger hunts, beach soccer, capture the flag, jam sessions, and more!
Tweens Program (Ages 11-14) - Your tweens can enjoy movies, karaoke, water sports, and beach soccer or volleyball and make some new vacation friends!
Teens Program (Ages 15-17)
Teens will find this the perfect place to relax and escape from family time with a pizza and soda bar, karaoke, water sports, boat cruises, and discos and dance parties.

#11 - CHECK OUT THE RESTAURANTS BEFORE YOU GO
Beaches Turks & Caicos is known for its amazing restaurants and with so many options to choose from, you can try something different every night of your stay!
PRO TIPS
Reduce Your Wait - We recommend reducing your wait to arrive 15-20 minutes early to a restaurant to check-in before it opens, eating a later dinner, and having a backup restaurant. If one restaurant seems busy, head to another – plenty of options!
Captain’s Table - Go to Schooners restaurant as soon as you arrive and request the Captain’s table. You do need to buy a bottle of wine in order to get it, but it’s dinner overlooking the ocean!

#14 - RENT A CABANA
Cabanas can be booked (based on availability) and start at $250 per day. You can only book on the day of and requests start at the concierge desk at 9am. Pricing subject to change.
#15 - SNORKEL NEAR THE RESORT
While the resort has snorkel gear, we recommend bringing your own mask so that you can snorkel at any time (flippers not needed for this area).
How to get to the snorkeling area: Walk about 10 minutes west towards Coral Gardens resort and there is a great area for snorkeling. You’ll find an area roped off by buoys protecting the reef and you can snorkel around it. Do NOT touch the buoys or snorkel inside the roped area.
#16 - OUR PACKING TIPS
Carry-on - Pack a carry-on with a change of clothes, swimsuit, etc. If your room isn’t ready on arrival, you can easily access your items and head to the pool or beach.
Bring rafts – they are great to have at the beach and pool. (we recommend Hammock Style because they are easy to transport and inflate). You can also ask the water sports staff to inflate them for you.
Bring a cup - Take a stainless steel tumbler with a straw to keep drinks cold / hot. Also, pack a dish detergent for cleaning. We like these sponges!
Bring more sunscreen than you think - While the resort sells it, it is expensive. We recommend "reef-safe" sunscreen when swimming in the ocean to help protect marine life.
Make sure not to forget bug spray!
Bring white t-shirts to tie-dye so that you don’t have to buy them there. This activity is free - check the activities schedule to see when it takes place during your stay.
Bring a sweater or long-sleeve shirts for dinner - It can get chilly in the air conditioning and under ceiling fans.
Make sure to bring tip money for your transportation driver. Beaches Turks & Caicos only allows tips for butlers and spa services. US dollars are accepted.
