Really off the beaten path, this resort sits on 50 acres on the coast of the Caribbean Sea, tucked into a mountain range with a rainforest right next door. Vermont Nature Trail - Take a hike through the Buccament valley and you might get a glimpse of the Saint Vincent Parrot!
