Hi, I’m Frances!
Prior to working in the hospitality and tourism industries, my past roles were focused on marketing and business development. I am super type A and detail-oriented. I love brainstorming out of the box ideas, putting together a plan, and seeing it come to life! These skills allow me to help plan dream getaways for my clients!
My areas of expertise include Disney vacations, Disney Cruises, Universal Parks and Resorts, and Norwegian Cruise Line. In addition to working in the Disney parks, I have been a Disney Vacation Club member since I was five years old and I have been a Walt Disney World Annual Passholder since moving to the Orlando-area in 2019! My passion and knowledge for the Disney Parks allows me to help create memorable vacations for clients.
I recently became a Universal Orlando Annual Passholder and I am excited to share my knowledge of the Universal Parks with my clients!
Lastly, I have been on eight Norwegian Cruise Line cruises on ships all across their fleet from Caribbean cruises to Mexican Riviera cruises to even a transatlantic-cruise. I am well-versed in all of the nuances of Norwegian Cruise Line and love to help my clients plan memorable cruise vacations on NCL!
