“I’ll admit, I'm delinquent in providing my answer because honestly, I couldn't decide which destination I wanted to highlight. The beauty of travel is that each experience is different and so I seem to walk away from a destination with a “favorite moment” more than anything.

Last year, I experienced Europe for the first time, and I have to say, I was completely enthralled with each country I visited. However, for me, there was something magical about Venice. Maybe it was that I was already expecting to love Greece, or maybe I thought Venice couldn't be like what I've seen in the movies or in pictures so I had set my expectations low. Either way, from the moment I stepped foot on the vaporetto (water taxi), I was taken.

The uniqueness of the canals, architecture of the buildings and narrow alleys to get lost in, were all things that were new for me. I left there knowing without a doubt, that I would be back. I'm still plotting a return trip and I hope I'm in love with it as much as I was after my first visit. The bottom line is I have so many favorites, but it's about the feelings and memories for me more than the actual destination.

Ask me the same question again in a month, and you will get a different destination and after that, another one. To me, I wouldn't want it any other way. "

“Besides the beautiful landscape and array of wildlife, it is the people of Costa Rica that makes this my favorite destination!

Pura Vida – it’s a saying, accompanied by a genuine smile, which you’ll hear everywhere in Costa Rica. Literally translating as ‘pure life’, the phrase has a much deeper meaning: It describes their way of life and a lifestyle that incorporates Costa Rica’s positive feelings about living life healthily, slowly, and peacefully. I found myself at complete peace while there and try to incorporate that philosophy everyday.“

“My favorite destination? Everyone knows what my answer is going to be! Disney!

In this season of my life this is hands down my family’s favorite place to travel to. It’s so much more than just some fun rides to us. We enjoy the sights, sounds, food, and the people. There is a level of faith in Disney to deliver an amazing experience to each guest, every time they visit. We try new things every time we go. With so many options the trips never feel like a repeat of one we have already done.  The educational opportunities available in Epcot are awesome and the kids have been exposed to some pretty cool things. We’ve learned a lot during our numerous Disney vacations and leave one trip planning the next. It’s definitely our happy place!”
